This paper discusses Bible scriptures on resurrection from the dead. The Christian faith is based on Jesus resurrection three days after His death & burial. Bible shows 2 end times resurrections: 1st for the righteous & 2nd for the wicked. All scriptures are from the King James version Bible.

THEME: Jesus resurrection assures Christians: salvation, resurrection & eternal life.

GOD'S PLAN IS FOR ALL PEOPLE TO EXIST FOREVER:

Revelation 20:10-15

PURPOSE: RESURRECTION PURPOSE: Righteous man would live with God forever.

John 14:1-3 Jesus promise to the righteous to live with Him.

WHY: For the Christian's justification, & righteous people assurance of eternal life.

RESURRECTION LIFE:

Luke 20:35-36  The resurrected person is the bride of Christ & is married to the Lord Jesus.

Luke 24:36-43  Jesus new resurrected spiritual body can talks, it can go through walls but He is not a spirit, it can be touched, and it can eat food. We will have the same type of spiritual body when we are resurrected in the last days.

1 Corinthians 15:35-44

The dead physical body will be changed to a spiritual body to be reunited with the his emotional, mind, will, & the spirit of God to make him a spiritual living soul. Jesus has this body in Luke 24.

1 Corinthians 15:50  The new spiritual body has no blood.

Philippians 3:21  Righteous person vile body changed to a glorious body like Christ's resurrected body.

WAY: Death is not the final outcome. Jesus rising from the dead proves an eternal life.
