This paper discusses a relationship that each of us can have with God. Each of the ways that the Godhead shows himself in his triune manifestations are presented. The Christian can have a three fold experience with God in each of His manifestation as Father, Son, & Holy Ghost. All scriptures are from the King James' version Bible.

INDUCTIVE COMMENTS:

THEME: Jesus is called the mighty God, counselor (Holy Spirit), and Father.

Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Jesus is called counsellor (Spirit), everlasting Father (Father), and mighty God (Godhead).

John 14:8-9 "Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. {9} Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou <then>, Show us the Father?" Jesus said, as you see me, you see the Father.

PURPOSE: God wants His elected believers to know Him in His fullness.

2 Corinthians 13:14 "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, <be> with you all. Amen." We should be having communion with the Holy Spirit.

1 Peter 1:2 "Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied." If the entire Godhead is at work in every task, then we should worship & fellowship with the entire Godhead.

KEY VERSE: Jesus is called the mighty God, counselor (Holy Spirit), and Father.

WHO: God mainly by Bible authors Moses, Isaiah, Matthew, Luke, John, and Paul

TO WHOM: Elected Christians and Jews

WHAT: Israel's relationship should have been with the entire Godhead.

Isaiah 63:8-10 "For he said, Surely they <are> my people, children <that> will not lie: so he was their Saviour. {9} In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old. {10} But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, <and> he fought against them." The Father is calling them his children. Jesus is the angel who saved and redeemed them. The Holy Spirit is vexed by them.

Isaiah 48:16 "Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there <am> I: and now the Lord GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me." Jesus is speaking. The Father and the Holy Spirit have sent Jesus. Presented was the united one God in his three manifestations.

Exodus 23:20-21 "Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. {21} Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name <is> in him." God alone can pardon transgressions. Therefore, the angel is God.

WHY:

Deuteronomy 6:4 "Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God <is> one LORD:"

Hebrews 9:14 "How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"

All three manifestations of God are involved in redemption process.

Genesis 1:26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth." All three manifestations of God are involved in creation process.

Genesis 11:7 "Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech." All three manifestations of God are involved in judgment process.

Colossians 2:9 "For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily." Jesus on earth was the entire Godhead. See my paper: "Just who is God" for more information on Jesus fullness.

WAY: Therefore, seeing the Father, Jesus or Spirit is seeing all of God. Jesus is not the Father or Holy Spirit, but Jesus is the full God. You can not divide God, saying there are three persons. This is not found in the scriptures. You can not compare God to a leaf or three states of water. God is one. To see Jesus is to see all of the Godhead bodily. Moses saw the Father and he also saw Jesus & Holy Spirit. God is omni-present: in all places at the same time.

The full Holy Spirit in one Christian is the same full Holy Spirit in another Christian. There are not two or more Holy Spirits.

Malachi 2:10 "Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?"

John 20:17 "Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and <to> my God, and your God." Christians have Jesus' Father as our Father and God.

WHEREAS: Our relationship with God, that started at salvation, continues with us moving into deeper heavenly places. We go on to taste the heavenly gift and the power of the world to come. Then we are made to sit with Christ before God the Father.

Ephesians 2:5-6 "Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) {6} And hath raised <us> up together, and made <us> sit together in heavenly <places> in Christ Jesus"We are alive & raised in heaven in Christ.

Philippians 3:20 "For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:"

Colossians 3:1-4 "If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. {2} Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. {3} For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. {4} When Christ, <who is> our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory."

Hebrews 6:4-5 "For <it is> impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, {5} And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,"

Ephesians 1:10 "That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; <even> in him:" God will gather all Christians, in heaven or earth, to put us in Christ.

WHERE: Everywhere in the universe as well as hell, heaven, and earth

WHEN: For all times God existed as fullness of the Godhead

WHILE: The one undivided God is eternally Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We are to have fellowship with Godhead, not with just the Son - Jesus.

WANT: God wants His elected believers to know Him in His fullness.

Psalms 99:9 "Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God <is> holy."Exalt God in heavenly worship

II) GOD IS A TRIUNITY, YET HE IS ONE: God can not be divided. He is one. If you see the Holy Spirit, Father or Jesus work, you see all three manifestations at the same time work in common as God is one.

See my paper: "Triunity: Father, Son, & Holy Spirit" GOD IS A QUALITATIVE ONE TRIUNITY NOT TRIUNE: THREE SEPARATE PERSONS. for more information on this subject.

III) GOD SHOWS HIMSELF AS FATHER, SON & HOLY SPIRIT IN THE OLD TESTAMENT:

Israel's relationship should have been with the entire Godhead.

{10} But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, <and> he fought against them."

The Father is calling them his children.

See my paper: "Godhead Relationship" HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH EACH MANIFESTATION OF THE GODHEAD FOR FULFILLMENT, NOT ONLY JESUS. for more information on this subject.

IV) GOD SHOWS HIMSELF AS FATHER, SON & HOLY SPIRIT IN THE NEW TESTAMENT:

The one undivided God is eternally Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We are to have fellowship with Godhead, not with just the Son - Jesus.

See my paper: "Just Who Is God" GOD CAN NOT BE DIVIDED. GOD IS A QUALITATIVE ONE TRIUNITY NOT THREE SEPARATE PERSONS. for more information on this subject.

See my paper: "The One God - The Shama" THE KEY BIBLE SCRIPTURE FOR ONE GOD IS DEUTERONOMY 6:4. THE WORD FOR GOD IS A PLURALITY, & THE WORD FOR ONE IS A COMPOUND UNITY. THIS IS THE CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE FOR GOD WHO IS A TRIUNITY PLURALITY ONE UNITY. for more information on this subject.

See my paper: "God the Holy Spirit / Ghost Scriptures & Notes" SCRIPTURES & NOTES THAT SHOW THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD & A MANIFESTATION OF THE TRIUNITY GODHEAD for more information on this subject.

V) FATHER: A Father image & his relationship with us, his children.

A) OUR HEAVENLY FATHER:

Matthew 6:9 "After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name." Father provides for us.

Matthew 6:26 "Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?"God provides

Mark 1:11 "And there came a voice from heaven, <saying>, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." Jesus heavenly Father.

C) RIGHTEOUS FATHER:Jesus made the Father known to the world & Israel.

John 17:25 "O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me."

D) FATHER OF FLESH AND FATHER OF SPIRITS:

Hebrews 12:9 "Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected <us>, and we gave <them> reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?"

E) FATHER OF LIGHTS:  All good things come from the Father.

James 1:17 "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." Father does not change.

C) HOLY SPIRIT OF PROMISE: Holy Spirit seals (keeps) us as Christians.

Ephesians 1:13 "In whom ye also <trusted>, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,"

D) SPIRIT OF FATHER: Holy Spirit, God, gives Christian words to speak.

Matthew 10:20 "For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you."

Romans 8:2 "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death."

F) SPIRIT OF TRUTH: Jesus is the truth (John 14:6). Spirit is guide.

John 16:13 "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, <that> shall he speak: and he will show you things to come."

G) SPIRIT OF THE SON: Holy Spirit gives Christian the relationship.

Galatians 4:6 "And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father."

I) HOLY SPIRIT IS JESUS FATHER: Holy Spirit came upon Mary.

Matthew 1:18 "Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost."

Luke 1:35 "And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God."

C) JESUS AS FATHER ON EARTH: Jesus is fullness of God: Father & Spirit

John 14:8-9 "Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. {9} Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou <then>, Show us the Father?" Jesus said, as you see me, you see the Father.

John 16:7 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you"From Jesus

VIII) GODHEAD:

Therefore, seeing either the Father, Jesus or Spirit is seeing all of God. Jesus is not the Father or Holy Spirit, but Jesus is full God.

There are not two Holy Spirits.

Malachi 2:10 "Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?"

John 20:17 "Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and <to> my God, and your God." Christians have Jesus's Father as our Father and God.

IX) GODHEAD & US:The Christian can have a closer relationship with God.

Jesus can become so close to us that He possesses us and we act in unison with Him. We know God's will, and we are obedient to God.

Philippians 3:10 "That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;" Know as in the most close relationship

Acts 17:28 "For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring." Our life is God centered for His will to be done in us.

2 Corinthians 3:18 "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, <even> as by the Spirit of the Lord." God growth.

Galatians 2:20 "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."

Colossians 3:3-4 "For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. {4} When Christ, <who is> our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory." Our life is dead/hid.

2 Peter 1:4 "Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust." The mature Christian can live a divine nature life.

See my paper: "Man's Greatest Need - Relationship With God" ANSWERS QUESTIONS ABOUT GOD CHARACTERISTICS & MAN'S PURPOSES. for more information on this subject.

X) ONENESS: God's oneness & a oneness we can have with the Godhead.

John 4:24 "God <is> a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship <him> in spirit and in truth." God is a Spirit. We are spiritual people. We have a spirit in a body = to a soul. See my paper: "Body, Soul, and Spirit" for more information on this issue.

John 10:30 "I and <my> Father are one." Jesus related to Father.

John 12:45 "And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me"See Father

John 14:10 "Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works." Jesus words were those of His Father while He was on the earth.

John 14:20 "At that day ye shall know that I <am> in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you."

John 17:22-23 "And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one. {23} I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me." Godhead is one. We can likewise be one with God.

Romans 12:5 "So we, <being> many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another." We are members of Jesus Church.

2 Corinthians 3:17 "Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord <is>, there <is> liberty"Jesus related to Spirit

Ephesians 5:28-32 "So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. {29} For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: {30} For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. {31} For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. {32} This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church." Jesus related to Church, and men related to their wives. We are one with our wives & God.

XI) SONSHIP: We are sons of God, and heirs & joint heirs with Christ.

A) SONS, CHILDREN, OF GOD:

Romans 8:16-17 "The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: {17} And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with <him>, that we may be also glorified together."

Galatians 4:7 "Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ."

B) CALL THE FATHER - ABBA (DAD):

Galatians 4:6 "And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father."

Romans 8:15 "For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father."

C) JESUS CALL HIS FATHER - ABBA:

Mark 14:36 "And he said, Abba, Father, all things <are> possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt."

D) ALL THINGS ARE OURS:

Romans 8:32 "He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?"

1 Corinthians 3:21-22 "Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; {22} Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours;"

Ephesians 1:3 "Blessed <be> the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly <places> in Christ:"

XII) IN CHRIST: By faith we have done the same things as Christ.

Romans 6:3-8 "Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? {4} Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. {5} For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also <in the likeness> of <his> resurrection: {6} Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with <him>, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. {7} For he that is dead is freed from sin. {8} Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:"

Colossians 2:12-13 "Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with <him> through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. {13} And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;"

See my paper: "Man's Greatest Need - Relationship With God" ANSWERS QUESTIONS ABOUT GOD CHARACTERISTICS & MAN'S PURPOSES. for more information on this subject.

XIII) WHAT IS GOD'S RELATIONSHIP FOR MANKIND? Man is the only species created in God's own image after His likeness. He is a spiritual being with a moral nature that can think and reason. The animals can only think. Man is self aware and can have fellowship with God and enjoy His love forever.

Genesis 1:26-27 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. {27} So God created man in his <own> image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."

See my paper: "Prayer" PRESENTS PRAYER STEPS. THE LORD'S PRAYER AND OTHER NEW TESTAMENT PRAYER EXAMPLES SHOWN. for more information on this subject.

XIV) WHAT IS MAN'S RELATIONSHIP TO GOD? Man is to find God's plan for his life. That purpose includes having a relationship with God, having fellowship with his creator, & enjoying God's love forever.

Matthew 22:37 "Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind."

See my paper: "God's Dispensation & Covenant Plans" AN OVERVIEW OF THE CREATION DISPENSATIONAL & COVENANT (WITHIN EACH DISPENSATION) PLANS ARE SHOWN for more information on this subject.

A) BELIEVE IN JESUS AS SAVIOR: The relationship starts with Jesus.

John 3:16 "for God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Know all about Jesus, and talk to Him.

John 15:7 "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." Abide (one)-Jesus

B) RECEIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR POWER:The Spirit continues relationship

Acts 2:4 "And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." We pray perfectly in the Spirit. The Spirit uses us for His purpose.

1 Corinthians 2:10 "But God hath revealed <them> unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." We are the temple of God (1 Corinthians 3:16).

C) ENTER HOLY OF HOLIES TO THE FATHER:Relationship is complete in God.

Mark 15:38 "And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom."By Jesus death the temple veil was opened to us.

Hebrews 10:19-20 "Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, {20} By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;"

Hebrews 10:22 "Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water." Water = word

John 16:23-24 "And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give <it> you. {24} Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full."

See my paper: "Entry into the Holy of Holies" 3RD EXPERIENCE WITH THE FATHER, 1ST BORN-AGAIN WITH JESUS & 2ND WITH HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM for more information on this subject.

D) DO GOD'S WORKS: After finding God's will, we are to live in it.

Ezekiel 36:27 "And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, & ye shall keep my judgments, & do <them>."

Ephesians 2:10 "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." Seek His will for your life & do His works.

See my paper: "Faith" FAITH PROMISES PRESENTED FOR EVERY ASPECT OF THE CHRISTIANS LIFE: SALVATION & HEALING. THE CONDITIONS. for more information on this subject.

See my paper: "Love" DEFINITION OF LOVE; LOVE IN ACTION IS CHARITY; BIBLE LOVE CHAPTERS; EXAMPLES OF LOVE; LOVE COMMANDS for more information on this subject.

XV) CONCLUSION: God is a Triunity. He shows Himself as Father, Son, & Holy Spirit. Just as Jesus had a very close relationship with His Father and the Holy Spirit, we who are in Christ should have the same kind of relationship with each member of the Triunity. Our relationship should be with the entire Godhead in everything we do as: praise, pray, worship, fellowship, communications, love, etc.

Ephesians 2:18 "For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father." Through Him (Jesus).by the Holy Spirit unto Father, the entire Godhead is involved with our fellowship.

A) WE ARE IN THE HEAVENLY: Our relationship with God, that started at salvation, continues with us moving into deeper heavenly places.
